I was a little disappointed that Easter was shaping up to be gray and cold, but my dad assured me that it’s always sunny on Easter, at least for a few minutes, and sure enough, out came the sun as we headed outside!  I imagine he’s an expert on the subject, as Easter has always been a big deal on that side of my family.

Along with the shots of kids running around crazy hunting eggs, I managed to get a decent shot of Aunt Gee’s lilacs.

I always try to steal some from the neighbor’s yard bring in a few for Jim every year but they never seem to last long enough.

And eggs, you can’t forget about the eggs!  I love a little glitter, but that did make eating them a bit more complicated later.
